Connect volunteers to the express registration system in seconds
The process of connecting volunteers to the system is simple - just scan a QR code from the organizer's phone. The express registration page opens immediately after connecting the volunteer to the system.
The registration form contains several fields: first name, last name, gender, birth year and distance. The simple form allows volunteers to quickly and effortlessly process a large flow of people.
Multiple volunteers can work in our system simultaneously without interfering with each other. The system automatically ensures bib numbers are not duplicated.
Forget about confusion and extra burden on volunteers! The express registration process has become convenient for both participants and organizers. Work as a team efficiently and stress-free!
Easy search for registered participants
Participants appear in a convenient list where you can find them using the search system: just enter the participant's first name, last name or bib number. You can easily find participants and manually make changes to their profile.
Search confusion is eliminated and the probability of errors is minimized. This makes the workflow for volunteers and organizers as accurate and reliable as possible.
Assign bib numbers as participants register
This feature is especially relevant for free races when many participants have registered but some didn't show up, while new participants are already waiting and bib numbers may run out.
The manual bib assignment system solves this problem by allowing you to register a participant and assign a bib number only when they arrive at the start. This ensures efficient use of bib numbers and minimizes waste. Make the organization process more efficient and orderly!
Express registration + Check-in
For very large events, you can separate the data entry process from the race packet distribution process: one group of volunteers handles only data entry, while another handles packet distribution
For this, it's convenient to use Express registration together with Check-in. This is a similar interface where the volunteer only finds the participant, gives them their race packet and checks a box that the packet has been distributed (see Platform / Race packet distribution).
