Why do you need a ticket service?

Replacing printed participant lists with electronic ones

Volunteer interface

The web application that the volunteer works with provides access only to necessary functions, without full access to race settings.

Search participant by bib number or last name

The volunteer can find a participant by entering their bib number or the first letters of their last name in the search field.

Search participant using barcode scanning

Each participant receives an email with a barcode during registration. This barcode can be presented when picking up the race packet, which speeds up the search process.

Assigning bib number and tag during distribution

The bib number can be assigned both during registration and when picking up the packet. This is especially convenient for mass free races, where many participants register but don't always attend the event.

Race packet display

If the participant selected additional options during registration, such as a shirt, the volunteer will have this information reflected and will know what to distribute.

Information about distributed packets

The organizer tracks packet distribution statistics in real time.

Electronic distribution marks

Replacing printed lists

Working with an electronic participant list, volunteers and organizers can see in real time who has already received their packets and who hasn't.

Volunteer interface

Volunteer works in a special application

The volunteer has access only to functions related to packet and bib distribution. Other information about participants and the race is unavailable to them. Access is automatically closed the day after the race.

Barcode search

No need to present ID

Distributing packets to the barcode bearer is a reliable identification tool. The barcode cannot be forged and thus used to obtain someone else's packet.

We tried to consider everything you might need during race preparation and execution. This has already been tested at 2000 races by hundreds of organizers.
